Wellness Coaching Goals for Clients

My goal is to aid clients in making healthy decisions with food and nutritional supplements. Questions I would ask include: “Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?  Does diet and supplement information overwhelm you?”  Then you are a perfect candidate for my nutrition and wellness coaching services.  I will meet you one-on-one for an individualized appointment and assist you with short term and/or long term goals, depending on your individual situation. I am committed to helping you make healthy decisions about food and nutritional supplements by teaching, guiding, and encouraging you every step of the way.  Phone consultations are available as well as follow-up appointments by phone or email are available.

Massage Therapy

In my practice I offer therapeutic/deep tissue table massage in varied increments.  Massage therapy has been a healing modality that has been practiced for thousands of years.  Massage can help reduce stress, pain, and muscle tensions while some studies have found massage may also be helpful for: anxiety, fibromyalgia, headaches, insomnia (usually related to stress or aches/pains), soft tissue strains and injuries, sports injuries, TMJ pain.
