Wellness & Nutrition Counseling: Customized Wellness/Nutrition Counseling starts with a consultation to see if it is the right fit for you. I focus more on lifestyle changes vs a "quick fix".  

Craniosacral appointments: I am currently level one and client must be 18 years or older.  CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.  By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction. Client is fully clothed. 

Reiki appointments: I am currently level two. No age restrictions.  Client is fully clothed.

Facial appointments: Basic cleansing facials with cleansing, steam and exfoliation, massage, and treatment mask.

Massage Therapy: The appointment can be tailored each session to your needs. Many times I am working on areas of concern or you can choose a full body relaxation session.

If you are under 18 parent permission required, first appointment parent must be present to sign for you (does not have to stay in the room, but on premise the entire appointment).
